At Zoar's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
